Unpleasant
Positive: Nothing
Negative: The property was infested with bugs and spiders and had not been cleaned. We all had the worst allergic reactions and bug bites from the couches and beds. They gave us torn towels. The place is not well maintained at all. The pool wall is falling apart. The couches had stains on them and the dishes were all not clean we had to wash everything before we used it. Our towels did not get changed everyday even when the cleaners came. We could not wait to leave the place. The owner is very unresponsive it was just not pleasant. We would never stay there again. It ruined our last few days in Bali.
