Really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it disappointed
Positive: The design of the villa is very nice. Except the lack of privacy.
Negative: The property has no privacy, it has large glazed facades which are overlooked. One side faces a small public road, one side faces a path, one side faces a building site all with no curtains (except sheer nets). The building site side has no nets or curtains and has workers a few meters away from villa.
Because of the lack of curtains, the AC downstairs can’t keep up with the solar gain
The property needs a deep clean.

Positive: The villa exceeded our expectations. It looked exactly like the photos. It was in a quiet location just a 10 min ride into Seminyak. It was cleaned daily by staff allowing for cleanliness. Would highly recommend
